Called in and spoke to Steve to confirm that they have experience with coilovers. I told Steve that I needed someone who knows about coilovers to diagnose my issue. He assured me his mechanic was experienced with coilovers. Took the car and the manager sounded clueless and gave me a “diagnosis” which was basically what I told them when I came in. They proceeded to charge me $25 for nothing. Then I called back because I felt ripped off since they do not have experience with coilovers and they didn’t even provide a valid diagnosis. I probably shouldn’t have paid originally but at first the manager came out really confident that the coilovers were bad, then after I paid he was like well it could be that it just needs an adjustment. Then basically Steve told me it doesn’t matter if they offer a valid diagnosis they charge $25 just to look at it, then started repeating “thats your opinion” over and over then hung up on me. They will tell you yes just to get you in and at very least charge you the $25.

Great experience and thank you Leroy for keeping me up to date on the progress. Wouldn't hesitate in using them. I use a lot of shops and these guys are solid.

They are very unprofessional. I went to get my brakes and rotors done, and when I got my vehicle back it had a death wobble. I went back to get them to balance and rotate my tires to try to fix it. When I was waiting in the lobby, several people went there and complained of the same problem (death wobble) after they worked on their vehicle. When I went outside to see what was going on with my truck, they had laid my rim and tire against my truck. Very unprofessional and rude and poor service! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay away
